During this tour you will have the opportunity to visit our vegetable orto and orchard, where you can discover and taste the typical products of the area. You will learn traditional and sustainable cultivation techniques, discovering the varieties of fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants that characterize Salento and you will have the opportunity to collect fresh products directly, savoring them in guided tastings. During the tour you will learn about the history and traditions linked to local agriculture, listening to stories and anecdotes from the farmers. You will also be able to actively participate in agricultural work such as sowing, harvesting or preparing the land, to enjoy an authentic and engaging experience. The Orto tour in Salento will allow you to come into contact with nature and the scents of the area.
